The nanophononics team is part of the Solid State Quantum Optics Group of the C2N at the CNRS. The semiconductor structures that we use are fabricated in the state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities of the C2N by Aristide Lemaître, Martina Morassi, Abdelmounaim Harouri, Luc Le Gratiet, and Isabelle Sagnes among others.
